This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our taxi service in Pune, and outstation cab service in Pune, including Pune outstation taxi service to popular destinations.

1. Local Taxi Service in Pune

  • Cancellations made at least 1 hour before pickup will not incur charges.
  • If cancelled less than 1 hour before pickup, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • No-shows (failure to board the cab without informing) will be charged the full fare.

2. Outstation Cab Service in Pune

  • For outstation cab bookings, cancellations made 24 hours before the trip are eligible for a full refund of advance payment.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled trip may result in partial or full retention of the advance amount.
  • No-shows for Pune outstation taxi service will be charged the full agreed fare.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment (UPI, bank transfer, card, or wallet).
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
4. Important Notes
  • Refunds are not applicable for trips cancelled due to customer’s lack of valid ID proof (for interstate travel).
  • Delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, strikes, or natural calamities are beyond our control, and refunds will not apply.
  • Om Shree Cab Service Pune reserves the right to deduct applicable service or processing charges from refunds.
